EMERSON // BASS
Emerson has been playing bass since he was 11 years old, and is inspired by Progressive, Funk and Hard Rock as well as a great love for R&B, Funk and Soul.
His main influences include: Jaco Pastorius, Dug Pinnick, Les Claypool, Thundercat, Joe Dart, as well as Geddy Lee and Louis Johnson. Emerson has already played at the Cavern Club in Liverpool twice and has recorded at Abbey Road Studios in London. Em plays in several notable Jazz bands alongside his commitment to Red By Night. Emerson’s technical and hybrid Rock/ Jazz Bass style forms an integral part of Red by Night’s evolving sound.
